Le Bistrot De Paris in Prachuap Khiri Khan

"Looked on Google reviews for this place and they were favourable so I dined there. Not your normal extensive menu like other restaurants that include dishes from lots of nations - just French which is why I went to begin with. I had the set menu as it seemed good value and a good selection of dishes to choose from. I had the carpaccio to start (actually Italian of origin) which was delicious. I then had the cod in lemon butter, again delicious and crème brûlée for desert. Although I enjoyed the crème brûlée, it wasn’t as good as the other two dishes. I also had 2 glasses of house white which again was very drinkable and an americano. All this for a little over 1000 baht. I dined again about 5 days later and had different dishes which were all excellent. The portions are pretty big so go there hungry! I dined inside where there was air conditioning and was mostly alone but the atmosphere outside looked good. The staff were very attentive and the food was brought out course by course as one would expect, not as the Thai’s usually do it by bringing out all at once. Although the serving staff were Thai, the guy whom I assumed was the owner was definitely French. I would certainly eat here again and can highly recommend it."

"We’ve been here many times for dinner and we are always so happy with everything! Tonight it was a table for 6. Loved it all!! The set menu is really good value at 620 baht for 3 courses or you can order off the general menu! They also allow our small dog inside. Absolutely perfect!!"

"We went for the 3 meals course at lunch time. Food was EXCELLENT and the size of each plate was very generous. I was not expecting that much food for the price. After being 3 months in Asia eating Asian food every single day, I was more than happy to get the flavors and taste back from France. If you are looking for an authentic French food restaurant in Hua Hin for a very affordable price, this is the place to go. A must that shouldn't be missed. Good job "Le Bistrot De Paris" team!"

"The food here is truly impressive. I had the duck with orange sauce — a generous, thick cut of duck breast with perfectly crispy skin. It was excellent. The herring dish was also delicious and well-prepared. They offer a great selection of French cheeses, paired with quality bread, which was a nice touch. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended"
